By using Mama Cleans Levin's website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide professional residential, commercial, medical and end-of-tenancy cleaning services. Specific tasks and pricing are determined based on your personalised quote and agreement.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Liability

Mama Cleans Levin is fully insured. While we take the utmost care in handling your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service, unless an ongoing commercial contract or a written agreement says otherwise. We accept direct bank transfers. Overdue invoices may be subject to a late fee.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
